Bust depiction of a middle-aged man with high bald patches and sideburns, in a uniform with epaulets, with a wide ribbon from the left shoulder to the waist, with two orders in the form of crosses: one on the neck, the other just below and to the right, and also with an order in the form of a six-pointed star on the left side of the chest. The stand is square, profiled. The Kasli plant has been casting the bust since the 1990s.
