KIMGZ is staffed in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated February 15, 2013. No. 70n "On approval of the requirements for the complete set of individual medical civil protection for the provision of primary health care and first aid" and the order of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of the Consequences of Natural Disasters dated January 23, 2014 . № 23 "On amendments to the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia dated 01.11.2006 № 633 and invalidation of the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia dated 25.05.2007 № 289." Depending on possible emergencies, sets of various compositions are formed: the composition, which provides the personnel of the formations in the implementation of measures to provide primary health care and first aid to victims. KIMGZ - FEST, which provides personnel of the formations performing tasks in areas: X-147 - possible chemical contamination (contamination). 147 - possible fires. R-147 - possible radioactive contamination (contamination). B-147 - possible biological contamination (contamination). K-147 - for counter-terrorist operations and in wartime. KIMGZ - FEST, which provides the population (adults and children over the age of 12), living or staying in areas: RD-147 - possible radioactive contamination (contamination). BD-147 - possible biological contamination (contamination). KIMGZ - FEST, which provides the population (children under 12 years of age) living or located in the areas: RD1-147 - possible radioactive contamination (contamination).
